Caraga State University (CSU) through the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CCIS) and the Virtual Realia Organization (VRO) of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, officially sealed their partnership through a virtual ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today, February 20, 2025.

Leading the ceremonial signing were the CarSU University President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, and the Chairman of the VRO, Dr. Don Anton R. Balida, accompanied by key officials of both organizations, including the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA), Dr. Vicente A. Pitogo; the CCIS Dean, Dr. Jaymer M. Jayoma; VRO Board Member, Dr. Salem Abu Amr; and faculty members from CCIS, underscoring the collaborative spirit and commitment to the partnership.
